Findochty Pontoons

The works involved the design, supply and installation of a new 90 berth pontoon system. The contract included the design of an approved system then application for the appropriate Marine Licence. Also within our scope was the removal and disposal of the existing pontoons. Two suppliers and two layout options were offered with the client choosing pontoons supplied by Intermarine. New guides had to be fixed to the harbour wall and a pedestrian access bridge was installed. In addition, a new anchor system including ground chains and risers was installed.
